Mindfulness is the practice of bringing your full attention to whatever you are doing. This practice is something that we need to experience for ourselves before we can share it with others in our lives.

***Mindful Yoga for Kids OR Mindful Yoga for Teens***

I have had the opportunity to support hundreds of kids from preschool to grade 12 in both private classes and in their schools. Teaching them techniques suitable to their age and developmental level. Helping to make mindfulness, meditation, and yoga, fun and accessible, providing a space for clam to connect back to their breathe and body.

***Mindfulness and Yoga for Adults***

Offered in both a regular studio class as well as a retreat for adults to connect back to their breath. Back to the present moment using yoga asana to settle the ever busy thinking mind. Bringing you back to yourself..

***Prenatal Yoga and Mindfulness***

Offered in both a regular studio class as well as a private sessions for pregnant women to connect back to their body. Calm the nerves and emotions around pregnancy and take a moment to find peace using safe Yoga asana.

***Mindfulness for the Classroom***

This course if for teachers to learn how to practice and then share techniques with their students. After you have had a chance to feel how the practice feels in your own body we will discuss different ways you can incorporate these techniques designed to calm, relax, and increase confidence into your classroom and across your school. Practicing so you can find the right mindfulness practice for the energy of your students to give them a chance to experience success.

***Mindfulness for Busy Women***

Mindfulness for women lead by women! A course tapping into issues and difficulties of being a modern women while remaining true to ourselves using the breath as a tool to reconnect to our true self.
