Yoga and Movement

Yin Yoga postures target the fascia, the deep connective tissues in the body to help regulate the flow of energy in the body.
Yin Yoga postures are passive postures, mainly on the floor, and are held anywhere from 1-4 minutes. You will be guided with meditation, mindfulness and breathwork to help release the deeply held tension from the body and mind.

Come join me for a fun, feel-good, mindfulness and hatha yoga practice to relax your stressed body and still your active mind. By combining yoga and mindfulness the practice becomes so much more and allows for us to take care of both our physical and mental health.
-Qi Gong Flow -60-75min
Join me for a gentle practice that starts with a guided meditation to bring your awareness to your breath. Then start to warm up the body with gentle grounding Qi Gong as a form of movement meditation to bring awareness to how your body moves through space. Finally flow through gentle asanas to work on bridging the connection between your breath and your body with sprinkles of mindfulness cues to help cultivate joy.
Yoga with Reiki
Reiki is a form of energy therapy that heals us on many different levels. Reiki heals on the physical level soothing and relaxing tension. Reiki heals on the mental level unraveling thought forms that stubbornly hold tension. Reiki heals on the emotional level helping to bring emotions we push down and suppress to the surface to be transformed. Reiki heals on the spiritual level connecting us back to deeper wisdom and instilling a sense of peace.

Combine intuitive movements, Reiki and Mindfulness. Come back home to the body with guided Mindfulness Meditation. Then flow into a guided movements focusing on your energy and breath. Allow your movement to balance energy centers with the help from healing Reiki Energy to dissolve energetic blockages.

You will relax in Savasana in a soothing Reiki Energy bubble while you are guided to examine, release, and heal old wounds that you are holding in your energy.
This guided meditative experience with the help of healing Reiki Energy will leave you feeling centered and more in tune with your natural vibration!
Come and rest on your mat as you allow yourself to heal.
